Overview
The AI Agents module — Tactful's Agentic Workforce — is where you build and configure autonomous AI agents: the knowledge they draw on, the skills and tools they can use, the agents themselves, and the channels they're connected to. It is the engine behind automated, AI-powered customer conversations.

Tier note: The AI Agents module is gated to Premier.
Note the distinction: the GenAI engine itself runs on all tiers — every plan gets agentic-powered automation out of the box (FAQ answering, Shopify product recommendations (Growth and above), Odoo order tracking, with deflection and handover). What Premier unlocks here is the advanced configurability — building and customising your own AI agents (2 included, up to 5 deployed).
