Overview
Subscription — the Subscription Management page — gives administrators a single view of the workspace's plan and how much of its allowances are being used. From here you can see your current plan and renewal date, manage your plan, and track seat and conversation usage against your limits.

Current Plan
What it does: Shows the plan the workspace is currently subscribed to, whether it's active, how it's billed, and when it renews.
How to use it:
The plan card shows your plan name, the billing cadence (for example, billed annually) and the renewal date. An Active badge confirms the subscription is live.
Manage plan — opens your plan options directly on the page, so you can compare and change plan without leaving Subscription Management.
Usage Details
What it does: Tracks consumption against your plan's allowances so you can see how close you are to each limit. Each meter shows the amount used out of the total and the percentage utilised.
How to read it:
Seat capacity — the number of users on your workspace out of the seats included in your plan (for example, 20 out of 30). When you reach this limit, inviting a new user shows a message explaining the limit has been reached — see Users.
Monthly limits — the number of conversations used against your plan's allowance for the current billing cycle. Plans with no cap show this as Unlimited.
