Users
Tier access: STARTER GROWTH PLUS PREMIER — User management is available on all tiers.
Overview
Users — the Manage Teams page — is where administrators see everyone in the workspace, invite new people, and manage existing members. The table lists each member's name, email, title/role and last activity, and lets you filter the list and act on individual users.
What's on this page
Area | What it does |
|---|---|
Invitations | Review pending invitations you've sent. |
Invite Users | Invite new people into the workspace. |
Filters | Find users by username and role, or clear the filters. |
Users table | Name, Email, Title (role) and Last Activity for every member, with a per-row actions menu. |
Toolbar & filters
What it does: The controls above the table let you manage invitations and narrow the user list.
How to use it:
Invitations — open the list of invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted.
Invite Users — open the invite dialog to add new members by email and assign their role. If your workspace has reached the number of seats included in your plan, selecting this shows a message explaining that the limit has been reached instead of opening the dialog — remove a member or move to a plan with more seats to invite someone new.
Username — type to filter the table by a user's name.
Roles — select a role to show only users with that role.
Clear Filters — reset the username and role filters to show all users again.
Users table
What it does: Lists every member of the workspace with their key details, and gives you a per-row actions menu to manage each one.
How to use it:
Name — the member's display name (with avatar).
Email — the member's email address.
Title — the member's role in the workspace (e.g. Admin, Agent).
Last Activity — when the member was last active.
Use the actions menu (⋮) at the end of a row to manage that individual user.
