🧭 A clearer, reorganised navigation

The sidebar has been reorganised into clear areas — Admin Home, Supervisor Hub, Service Desk, AI Agents, Setup, and Organization — so features are easier to find. What you see now reflects your plan, so the navigation stays focused on what's available to you.

💬 Smoother messaging conversations

• Switch services without starting over — in Facebook Messenger, returning to the Main Menu and choosing a different service now continues that service's flow instead of restarting the conversation from the beginning.

• Reliable interactive replies — tapping a button on an earlier carousel, interactive list, or set of quick replies now reliably brings back the right options and runs the correct action, even across repeated taps — so customers never lose their place.

🔧 Improvements & fixes

• Simpler subscription management — administrators can now set a workspace's plan, limits, and expiry directly, with built-in validation.

• More reliable messaging — eliminated duplicate messages and improved message retention so nothing is lost during brief service interruptions.

• Smoother recovery from conversation limits — once a workspace's conversation limit is renewed or reset, users are returned straight to their work instead of being held on a lock screen.

• Unified Inbox fix — resolved an error that could appear when opening conversations on older tickets.
